Very good glitter spray, adds texture and sparkle!
If you're looking for a way to add glitter to a cardmaking project, this stuff is amazing. Be aware though, you can't easily stamp over this, because it is actually glitter and adds a granular texture to the paper when dry. I wanted to use it on a stamped background and stamp the main motif and sentiment on top of it, and I did manage to do that after several tries, I used hybrid ink for best results, and had to use a very juicy inkpad and a lot of pressure. My first couple of tries with Distress Inks were not as successful. The spray seems cloudy when first applied, and on darker backgrounds does add a slightly hazy appearance, but on lighter backgrounds it's very pretty. I used it on a light blue and a medium/dark blue and both turned out very pretty, but the light blue was nicer. The glitter is VERY sparkly and catches the light nicely. The spray is quite smelly and messy, so make sure you spray it outside and I'd advise using newspapers to catch the overspray, my deck is now somewhat glittery. =) The example photos show a piece of Crane's Lettra Pearl White cardstock inked all over with Distress Inks "Broken China" then sprayed with Krylon Glitter Blast, dog and sentiment stamped with Distress Inks "Tumbled Glass" (stamped with a LOT of pressure). I took one photo outdoors with flash, the second photo is indoors with flash.

Midwinter Magic
Winter frost in a can. So pretty and glittery, makes what you make seem magical. Now for the pros and cons:PROS:Covers what you spray in a fine opalescent translucent glitterEasy and convenient to use (if instructions are closely followed)Dries quickly and nonsticky to the touchAdds a magical frostty appearance to your creative projects difficult to achieve with glue and glitterCan use what you need without wasting productCONS,:Nozzle tends to clog, resulting in uneven, clumpy spraying. It can eventually clog to the point where it will no longer spray. My solution to this has been to remove the nozzle, soak in mineral spirits, rinse thoroughly in hot water and then reattach. As with all Krylon spray products, tends to sputter and spray unevenly. Make sure you shake the can for at least 2 minutes, spray in sweeping strokes, and don't use outside when temperature is below 40° F. Also, store inside temperature controlled environment. Will not cover opaquely, if that's your goal. Can be messy. Make sure you cover surrounding areas well, as overspray is normal, and wear thin plastic gloves.Product is expensive, ad you may need several cans for a larger project

Either the paint is bad or sprayer is defective
I bought four different colors of this same type and brand of glitter spray paint (pink, white, blue and red) and all except one can, the blue, would not spray properly. Initially, all three sprayed paint but almost immediately the spray nozzles clogged, the paint splattered and then would not stop spraying. I had to pry all three nozzles up with pliers to stop them from spraying. I’m going to try and return these but when I first tried a return, I got a message I may have to contact the manufacturer. I’m not happy about that, these are small cans (5.75 oz) and extensive. What little paint that sprayed looked good and it may just be the paint is old but I WILL NOT buy again because I can’t trust that the paint will spray.

Added the perfect amount of sparkle!
I was looking for something to add sparkle to some Christmas gnomes I purchased from Amazon this holiday that I love, and was reading the reviews on this Krylon Glitter Blast Diamond dust. I take reviews to heart and opted to trust the positive reviews... and, I am so glad I made this purchase! The last photo is the "before" shot, with the gold matted hat. While I love these gnomes even with the mat gold hats, I thought it would look great to give them a little "sparkle" instead. So, enter the Glitter Blast... and blast away I did! I taped up the body of each of my 3 gnomes, only revealing the hats and gave them each 2 coats of the Diamond Dust spray. They look awesome and I am so happy that the product delivered the spray paint evenly and perfectly with no runs, etc. I am a true believer in FOLLOWING directions and I feel confident that when you do, things turn out like they're supposed to! Loving my holiday gnomes that much more on account of this diamond dust!!

Looks great but the smell is terrible
I know this says to use in a well ventilated area, which I did as I was outdoors. Even then, the smell is so strong you have to walk away to get some fresh air, even with a mask on. Since it was cold, I took my items in the garage to dry fully and even doing that it wafted into my home to where I had to turn on vent fans and open windows to air it out. So use this where it can't get into your home at all. Even after drying, the project stills smells strongly of that odor. That said, it does do a good job on the project. I coated some wooden snowflakes I make and the effect is perfect. The small can didn't go far for the price, but does what it says. As others have said, and undercoat of paint color helps to pop the glitter. I bought Diamond Glaze. I don't know if I'll buy it again for anything just because of the toxicity of the smell and chemicals used.
