This is a nice plushie with pretty good material. Keep in mind the eyes are very hard, and the filling is light and fluffy. The filling does somewhat prevent the tentacles from posing, so if that's what you're looking for, don't get this. Overall, it is as advertised and a good product.

——updated review after only a few months of owning——- as much as I love this octopus, I sleep with it at night, every night, after just a few weeks, the stuffing in it became compressed, and balled up, the octopus’s head is misshapen and the midsection between the head and tentacles will not retain any stuffing, so very difficult to tell it’s even an octopus now. On top of that only a month or so of me owning this, and sleeping with it, the stitching has come unfurled at the back base of the head.Disappointed to say the least. I really liked this stuffed animal. And I literally only slept with it, unlike children who may receive this as a gift or toy and play with it. So I can only imagine how beat up the shape becomes after only a few hugs, or play dates.I’ve been meaning to update this review for some time now but I live in a state park so I don’t always have service to hop on Amazon and review something.But by the middle of September the octopus just kind of turned into a ripped blob with no rough use of any kind.Vvvv——original review——-vvvVI only wish there were a little more fabric around the eyes to firm up the “eyebrows”, so that the fabric that is there doesn’t get all lopsided and give him wonky looking eyes. Or maybe just a little less fabric. Either or. The plush is great though, soft. It would be cool if they made a weighted version of this for anxiety comfort.Also the shipping updates would show up days later. Example: I check shipping everyday, I checked weds 7/13, no updates and continue to check everyday and then on the 20th I finally get a shipping update that it arrived at the carrier facility on 7/13.I didn’t get a notice that it was out for delivery until after it was already delivered. Idk if that’s on Amazon or the seller/shipper. It did arrive early though.
