Can someone from the company explain the difference between this formula and the 'Original' formula which is 11-lb and cheaper?

It’s right in the name. High protein. If you have a cat who needs more protein, this food is unrivaled. They put in far more chicken per pound to achieve the higher protein. When our cat was losing weight, this recipe was the only thing that reversed it and kept her alive through almost age 21 despite a severe thyroid issue.

Which of the grain free dry foods would be suitable for a diabetic cat? How much carbohydrates in a serving?

Ferret why are we putting wysong digestive food with it?

What BossLady said. They're particular about their food - if they haven't learnt something is "food", they will not eat it... They're not dogs. So mix it, just in case, better with at least 3. Also, it's the ultimate protein with wysong ds, not the other way around. Wysong tends to cause loose stool, so mixing ultimate protein (and others) offsets that. But yes, mix 3, minimum. Doesn't necessarily need to be brands, but also flavors - like ultimate protein was out of stock of chicken for a very long time, and only duck was available. Whatever else used, of course always check the ingredients (including a flavor variety - one flavor may have peas and the other doesn't, for example)

Why is all your cat food out of stock???

I'm not sure why but this cat food is like that on Amazon. My cat will be 3 in June and this has happened several times. Usually I can order two small bags vs the larger bag until back in stock etc. When this happens it is also usually available at stores like Petco
