Great product few changes needed
Honestly I gained like 8 pounds I workout regularly, now I see some serious definition and my strength has encreased. However the pills are super large hard to swallow you have to take 4 it’s a task. I normally crush them. If I could do it over I would use the powder. Gains have been great. But vegan capsules or powder would be better.

Effective
My 47 year old husband has been taking this product for 6 years. I heard about it on a weekend radio program on Kiro news in seattle and it sounded like a great thing for his health and fitness regimen. He swears this helps with his gains and endurance.

Not worth the cost
There is nothing wrong with this product. It did not make me sick or cause any problems. However, given the great claims made for the product and its cost, I expected noticeable improvement after taking the recommended dose for weeks. However, I noticed no improvement in any metric after using it, and no decline in any area after finishing the bottle (which I did several weeks ago). I would not buy this again.

Seems to be a good product
I’m halfway through my 3rd bottle. I loaded it, and saw results pretty quick even though I don’t exercise as much as I could. If you’ve read about creatine benefits, that’s what I got. The pills were not hard for me to swallow, just takes a little extra water …. One potential problem — I’m 57 with borderline hypertension and my bp went up. I’m NOT sure this product caused it, but be mindful
