Really helped my aching knees.

I'm in to my fifth month and it seems to be helping with my worn out knees. Only gave it 4 stars because it hasn't completely(UNREALISTIC EXPECTATION for sure) cured my knees, so i plan to continue using it if it gives some relief.

Expensive & didn’t work for me. I bought this for pain in my hip joints. I don’t like giving bad reviews but this product didn’t work at all!! Maybe taking 2 full bottles wasn’t long enough?

In an effort to manage joint inflammation I wanted to try this supplement as it includes a combination of ingredients that are supposed to target pain relief. Honestly I don’t know if it’s working or not with the belief that it may take a few weeks for me to feel the effects, or that it isn’t helping with pain relief so much in the cold spell we’ve been experiencing. I think it’s reasonably priced for a two month supply, is easy to use and that the pills are not too big and easy to swallow. I haven’t had any negative side effects, but can’t say I am getting pain relief. As of now this is middle of the road for me where I like the ingredients, but I don’t know so much that it’s helping me.

This product has really reduced the discomfort of my bone on bone knee pain for about 2 yrs. I do not get knee injections as often as allowed because of t his product.
