Intuitive to use and comfortable
These bands are great. I have started to use them in my PT routine. They are very soft and comfortable, well as comfortable as an occlusion band can be. My only complaint is that the metal ring used as the pivot point for securing the bands sometimes slips and turns sideways. It doesn't affect the performance significantly. It does cause that part of the band to not lay evenly.

Amazing arm pump!
These are easy to use. The elastic has just enough flexibility to contract the muscle to achieve an amazing pump with a fraction of the weight. It really takes the pressure off of my surgically repaired bicep tendon.

Cheap & Poor Quality
Stitching unravel and broke when putting on. Never even got to actually use them. Very disappointed. Don't waste your time or money

The velcro doesn't stay in place, quite dissapointed.

Leg bands do not grip properly.
Arm bands work very well and hold position throughout the exercise. When the leg bands are tightened they pull through the buckle much more easily than the arm bands and do not take a proper grip and slide down your leg
