Hi, is this a good thing to glue to the 1 ft tall bottom cinderblock wall in my old garage converted playroom?

Yes,it can be glued to your wall.This material is specifically made and designed to cushioning,sealing,shock absorption,sound insulation,sound reduction and noise reduction,but I am afraid it is not self adhevive,you need buy the glue separately if you need glue it.

im trying to put this under a 10 gallon aquarium, does anyone have any experience? about 100LB does it help spread out the weight at all?
