I'm 5'5" and got the M 55cm ball for pregnancy. It's the perfect size! The recommended 65cm ball was too big. I was told by my doula to get a ball that when inflated all the way makes me sit with my legs at a 90° angle. I inflated the first time with my air mattress pump because it's much faster. After 24 hours I used the hand pump to inflate it the rest of the way. The shape & color are good! Feels like good quality.

I used this daily the last month of my pregnancy to remain comfortable and keep my baby in a good position. I used each day to get into forward positions to encourage good positioning when my baby was posterior a few weeks before birth. Also used during labor as a chair and then leaned over the ball as well to help with comfort. Good quality. Didn't notice a strong smell. Held air well. It did have creases in it when I opened it but those went away with some time.

Great ball! Used during pregnancy and during labor. Only complaint is i filled it up twice and it was very slowly going flat between uses. Overall good ball. 👍

There are so many benefits to using this ball, especially while pregnant. The set up was easy! The quality is on point! I weight 250lbs and the ball supports me well. My baby was in a breech position, this ball helped me with my posture and the exercises helped my baby to turn into an optimal position.

Love this ball! I am 8month pregnant and needed a pregnancy ball that would help my back and hip pain, this ball does wonders for me! Great price, holds air well even though I am currently 180lbs, there was a bit of a plastic smell once blown up but that has since subsided, has a great amount of traction when rolling around but does make a bit of noise (not sure how to solve that problem). Big fan of how this exercise ball functions!

Easy to use, easy to inflate. Has a good grip to the floor. Material feels great. And the air pump can be used for other balls as well !
