Everyone remembers their secret imaginary worldโฆbut what if you discovered that yours was real? When Arthur and Rose were little, they were the heroes of Roar, a magical world they invented where the wildest creations of their imaginations roamed. Now that theyโre eleven, Roar is just a distant memory. But it hasnโt forgotten them. When their grandfather is spirited away into Roar by the villain who still haunts their nightmares, Arthur and Rose must go back to the world theyโd almost left behind. And when they get there, they discover that Grandad isnโt the only one who needs their help. This enchanting, action-packed novel is perfect for readers whoโve always dreamed of exploring Narnia and Neverland. Review: Fantastic book!! - This book is wonderful! Great read for the whole family. Ordering book 2 today! Review: A remarkable read - I think this is a great read for young readers because it is an adventurous and exciting story about two kids named Aurthur and Rose. In the book, the two kids set off to roar a land they made up when they were younger to save their kidnaped grandad. This is an action-packed adventure about family. I think the moral is that no matter how old you get or how much you grow you will always have a bit of childishness in you. Also, I recommend this book to all fantasy fans.

Cute Story with Good Social Ideas
This book was purchased for a dinosaur lover, while there were not dinos, it was a cute story and had some good lessons about sibling relationship, growing up, and friendship. Read by adult and then read by 8 year old. (I always read books before giving them to kiddos)

Fantastic read-aloud series
This trilogy has been one of our favorite read alouds with our 8-year-old daughter. Weโve all enjoyed it immensely, and Iโm a little sad that itโs over. The adventures are truly fantastical, itโs well written, funny, and heartwarming. Highly recommend!

evocative and exciting
I read this book to my 9-year-old son at bedtime a few months ago. We typically go through a lot of books, and we still talk about this one from time to time - it was so magical, and the images and feelings we had while reading it were so strong. Beautiful storytelling. Very creative and original. Fast-paced and exciting. And the tensions among the characters felt real and fostered a lot of conversation between us about siblings, friends, what's real and what's "cool," and growing up.

An love letter to the creativity of children
This book is a love letter to the amazing imagination of children that too often they lose because they have to "grow up" or else they'll be perceived as "immature" or "weird". The message in this is to never stop imagining and fantasizing, it's not childish or immature, it's great and I personally think the world would be a better place if we all did it a little more; it doesn't matter if you think that what you came up with is not "good enough" or "stupid" as long as you do it.
