Great way to start each day and they suggest 4 a day so I space them out late morning, afternoon and evening if I remember. A, C &E together are really good for your skin. there are 3 grams of sugar which is important since sugar causes inflammation and unneeded calories. (Always avoid gummies!) Sugar is proven to be a cause of Cardio Vascular disease especially here in the US where it is often combined with saturated fats; the combination is deadly over time.
