**Q: Is this cassia or cinnamon? They are different, with slightly different flavor profiles.**
A: Well as the label says it is cassia. But it is so FRESH, I can hardly tell. Very sweet and aromatic. And for the price, it is worth it.

**Q: How many sticks come in this bag?**
A: My bag had 25 sticks, varying thickness. It is sold by weight, so there could be more or less depending on size.

**Q: What is the length of these sticks?  I'd like to use them for crafts**
A: They are all 3 1/4 inch

**Q: Are these the softer cinnamon sticks or the very hard ones?**
A: They don’t seem hard. They are fragrant and grate able

I am using the Spice Way Cinnamon Sticks in a potpourri. The potpourri is a one serving crock pot. These cinnamon sticks, using 4 or 5, make the kitchen smell like I am baking. People come in and make very positive comments about the wonderful aroma. People think that I am baking and want to know when they can taste the cinnamon pastry or bread. The sticks are certainly of good quality and last for 4 or 5 days. I will again order these especially considering the reasonable price.
