How much weight can this hold?

I have 5 quart containers that weigh 12.5 pounds in mine, I’m sure they will hold another 10# plus. Very sturdy.

Is this tray water tight? Could I store liquid in it without it leaking?

No it will leak out., I like it personally attach to my outdoor bar and left all year around.. any rain water it will leak out.

No. Get an ice cube in there from the well...and it will drip on the floor. Helps to keep a bar town in the bottom...catches water...liquor...just keeps tray and bottles cleaner.
