Check product before installing.
Update: I received the replacement and it is defect-free. I was able to install it in under 15 minutes due to experience gained with original item. It raised the handlebar to a more comfortable height for my style of riding. I increased my rating to five stars. Love it.I would have given this item 5 stars except for defect. One of the fork clamp bolts was cross-threaded. Since it was installed at the factory and I had no reason to remove it, it must have occurred during assembly at the factory. It appears to be a well-designed and well-made product. It was easy to install. I hope the replacement does not have the same issue. I did not discover the problem until I tightened the extension to the steerer tube. My advice if you purchase this item, check all bolts to insure they turn freely when the product arrives.

Super well made, good fit. Would be nice if it came with spacers cuz you will need them. Getting the proper spacing is the hardest part of the install. Good product. Has not come loose ..

This works great and is Sturdy even on my Mt bike down stairs and over bumps
This is not too hard to install and gave me a lot of comfort on my mt bike.It does not creak or groan over bumps or going down stairsvery strong

Screw too short
Purchased as replacement for rad wagon. Feels well made, part itself is right size, but screw that attaches to the bike frame is too short to attach.Edit: full refund offered. A+ customer service

Really Nice Handlebar Extension
I bought this for my e-bike. Helped take a lot of load off of my hands and shoulders. It looks great. I looked at some of my friend's bikes, and their extensions really stand out as an after-market product. This extension looks like it came with the bike. Once tightened, the handlebars haven't moved. I'm very pleased.

Defective
I placed an original order and then a replacement because the first one is defective. I received the replacement last night. 1. It appears to be used or a return and 2. The adjustment bolt on this one won’t budge either. And I did buy a longer torque Allen wrench. Still can’t loosen the bolt. It appears if you get one that actually works it’s great but I’m now looking at a 3rd attempt

Product looks and feels good and solid.
Product arrived earlier than expected. It was simple and easy to install as a straight swap for my existing stem. The hardest part is lining it up straight with the front wheel but this would be the same with any stem.Feels sturdy and does what I wanted, although I haven’t been out on a ride yet.

I pay around 20$ for the first one and now they sell for 50-60$ for the same product.it’s one of the best product around.
