what is the amount of plastisizer per pound of cement ?

Fritz recommends 1 3/4 lbs. per yard of concrete. A yard of structural concrete can vary with approximately 500 to 800 lbs. of cement. Experiment with superplasticizer.... not enough concrete won't flow...too much aggregates and cement paste will separate.

The color of "rust". I use 1/4 cup per 50# batch, white cement and DOT sand.

What about a koi pond?

You could use this to help construct a koi pond, but this will not make your koi pond water-tight. You'll still need some kind of sealant over the top of your concrete. I'm hand-shaping a cultural piece with a white ferrocement. Will I still be able to achieve a clay-like consistency if I use this admix?

I use this admix for casting concrete sculptures. It really increases the flow ability. It also has a brown color that would most likely discolor white cement.
