Love them! They work great and are less hard than I anticipated but hard enough to do the job. They came very fast too.

The MFR balls are great. I'm really pleased with the texture and solidity of the balls, they stay right where I put them and don't slip when I roll. My only very slight issue is when I want to use the balls together, in the sleeve, it's a bit of a tight squeeze to get the second ball in. I have to futz with it a bit. But that's it. Otherwise, they're great, highly recommend.

It will help me with me starting Fascia exercises. I was told by the physical therapist it is the right therapy balls.

This may appeal to those that want a more gentle trigger point experience. The texture is soft and grippy and it gently rolls out knots. However it was not firm enough for me to get into tight spots deeply enough. After using for a few minutes the material softens. I recommend for gentle therapy but not for deep.

Bereits zum 4. Mal bestellt. Die Bälle geben bis zu einem angenehmen Grad nach und eignen sich hervorragend für Faszienarbeit, inklusive Faszienyoga (Yin Yoga). Für meine Kurse nutze ich Krocketbälle, die rutschiger und härter sind. Diese Bälle sind bis zu einem gewissen Grad rutschfest und auch der Beutel ist praktisch, weil man die Bälle nicht erst in einer Socke eindrehen muss. Für mich ein hervorragendes Paar, dass ich bereits weitergegeben habe und neben meiner Yogamatte nicht mehr missen möchte.
