I’m on my second container of these—my job requires a lot of attention to detail, and toward the end of my workday, I find myself getting mentally fatigued, and I feel these have definitely helped. The serving size says to take two at a time, but I take one at a time sporadically throughout the later parts of my day, which seems to work for me. I probably take 3 to 5 a day, so a container lasts me a while. The texture is like a gummy with an enjoyable taste.

I do like the gentle boost in energy and use their sleep gummies regularly (which are great!). But the taste is not good. It has a very bitter aftertaste. Best to chew quickly and wash it down with something to drink. As far as the effects, I am very caffeine sensitive, and can’t even drink caffeinated coffee. This hits me in a more gentle way, but I do still feel it. I won’t take these daily but may keep on hand for days when I need a little energy boost.

They taste AWFUL!!!Imagine chewing up a multivitamin and letting it sit there! Would like to return but not eligible. Don’t know I’ll stomach taking these 🙁
