I train regularly and decided to try this after a friend at the gym recommended it. I’ve been using it for a few weeks, and it’s been easy to digest with no bloating or heaviness. The mango flavor is mild and pleasant, and it mixes well. Feels like a solid choice for my routine, and I’m satisfied with it so far.

So the products quality is concerned it's amazing however the delivery package was really bad, no proper protection or coverage. Found many marks on the product package itself.

Good mixebility but bad taste

I took the recommended amount for three days, and dealt with terrible stomach pain and major major bloating from flatulence all three days. I have used whey protein from other brands before and never had this problem. I am not lactose intolerant or anything either. I tried this one only because the other brand I use had an artificial sweetener (ace k) that I wanted to avoid. Not sure why this Nutrova whey has caused so much stomach issues for me. I have given up on it. Going to bin the remaining powder. The stomach pain is not worth saving a few bucks. I also suspect that soy powder (defatted soy flour) is mixed into it. The reason I believe this is because soy protein is the only type of protein that my stomach has major issues with. It also doesn’t foam while stirring or blending. I saw online that anti-foaming additives are the reason protein powder blends easily and doesn’t foam. Contrary to popular belief, good quality protein powders are meant to foam while blending or stirring. This Nutrova powder (unsweetened chocolate flavour) occasionally tasted like rancid oil, which I suspect comes from undisclosed anti-foaming agents in it or from bad cocoa. Too many 5 star reviews for this product on Amazon. I suspect the company’s employees and their acquaintances are writing it. I know that startups use this tactic on Amazon because I used to work in a company that made employees write glowing reviews on Amazon.

The mango flavor is actually quite nice. Overall, it’s been easy to take and feels clean. I’ll likely order it again.

There’s no sugar in it and has hint of dark chocolate which tastes amazing. Good for mixing it in your cookie dough or baking cakes which will help cook protein packed snacks or smoothies. Also mixability is amazing…absolutely no lumps formed post mixing.
