**Q: Does this include recipe?**
A: No.  But it was really easy to find a recipe on the internet.

**Q: How are these with heat? I want to use them to sousvide eggs in a covered pan for musubi as well as a musubi mold.**
A: I have not used them with heat. My impression is that the plastic mold would melt. Hope this helps 🤙

**Q: What’s the best brand nori does everyone use?**
A: In Hawaii, I favored a few brands.  But they don't carry them here in our Asian Markets.  I would say that as long as it's toasted, it should be okay.  My local grocery store carries gimMe brand and it's been pretty good.  I think that the Yaki Sushi Nori will work for any Spam Musubi.

**Q: Is this bpa free? it says so in the title, but not explicitly in the description.**

I liked the fact that there were two of the presses, so I could use one, and still have a clean one to use while the other sat in the dishwasher (if I wanted to make more the next day). Having two on hand also meant that my family could help make some if we needed to increase quantities for guests. These were sturdy, and easy to use, and clean. I’d seen other listed that looked to be made of thinner material. The internal diameter is pretty much all the same since they are meant to be the shape of the SPAM cans, so having a thicker OD didn’t matter. Just having it thicker meant that I would likely be getting a sturdier product, and that’s part of my decision making process. I’m glad that I was right. The sturdier material also made pressing the rice in the press easier and form pressure could be applied easily. I’d order a second set from the same seller/manufacturer if I ever need more than 2 presses.
