I have been completely impressed with this device. My daughter, sister, & I have always had neck issues. We use this for a few minutes, & it brings an enormous amount of pain relief. My bi-weekly to monthly trips to the chiropractor have been reduced enormously. Thank you for this terrific, inexpensive product! My sister just purchased one for herself, & I am purchasing another to give to my daughter, as well. A++++++++++

Crap quality control. Bought one and worked fine. Unfortunate accident rendered useless. Replacement came and velcro closures placed such that fastening was ridiculously tight. For price I wont spend my time returning, but will happily warn you all away. Quality control is rubbish.

Some relief from neck pain, not very comfortable though. Also seemed to leak air a little, kept having to pump it back up.

I have used two-piece semi-rigid neck braces in the past. I wanted something a little more comfortable. This unit is small, and flimsy. Great idea, especially if you have severe neck pain. However, a device like this needs to be made from a significantly tougher, yet comfortable material. My attempts to use this unit were simply disappointing.

My chiropractor suggested I buy one of these. With regular use it really helps my bulging neck discs.

Broken in less than a week. You get what you pay for. If you want a product for neck traction that will hold up for years to come spend the extra money.

It was ok but not real comfortable. It got hot. I think it would be better to have only 2 sections for air.

So far so good. Provides relief. Hope it holds up.
