Does this current formulation use nano sized zinc oxide?

It says, for all skin tone, how come lots of reviews stated about being too dark, if it’s for all skin tone, isn’t it supposed to blend to blend?

I am blonde with a light skin (not fair) and it looks like a slight shade of tan on my face. You can also probably dilute it with your regular moisturizer for a lighter tone if it seems too dark.
