I have tried a few of the Dhm products on Amazon. I think they work, especially for getting rid of “brain fog” the next day and for sleeping soundly. I have gotten a couple of bottles of this brand and have no issues. I try to take around 900 to 1000 per drink, which for me is either scotch or mezcal/tequila. Also always take the same amount 900 or 1000mg at nights end.

My body processes alcohol really quickly so I need to take this roughly 30mins before having even a few sips. When I do take them I get zero symptoms which are flush, tightness around my head and just an extreme feeling of discomfort. I really like the clean ingredients of the capsule as well.

They do not taste very good so it’s important to quickly down them with water. There is a noticeable difference when I take them before bed after a night of drinking. Less brain fog and anxiousness

Beware! The product listed says serving size of 1 capsule at 525mg. The product I received is actually serving size of 2 capsules to achieve 430mg. That is more than half less in amount per pill. You're actually getting 215mg of DHM, instead of 525mg. OMG. This is super disappointed in a brand that I've actually purchased many times from. You have lost a lot of good will here.

Ive purchase many different types of DHM (which have worked very well.) This brand is useless. Do not waste you money.
