Great Rope, good workout when I first started could only do a few jumps at a time now I am up to 50 continuous jumps; definitely a workout. Don’t give up on ur first try it takes time. My only issue is the handles wish they were constructed In A way to protect your hands for continuous and regular jumping; I wear gloves when I use the rope.

I love it I just wish the handles had a grip because when you start sweating they slip off your hands

My rope was peeling in the middle. I figured since it was 2 months into my purchase I could just exchange it because it is under the 1 year warranty -Nope: they sent me a message that I was supposed to use a "protective cover" which is not mentioned on the package.If you don't mind using this for 2 months or so, it's a good rope. Just don't trust their warranty because it isn't an accurate description. The rope is flimsy

I wasnt aware it was a jump rope. Instead of returning it, i will keep it and use it as a jump rope.

I like how the rope came packaged,. I was excited about getting it. I hurried up out side to use it. Heart rate went up, jumped about 3 minutes then it started to rain. I found nothing wrong with the rope. I didn’t need gloves,. No u can’t turn it like a regular rope with your wrist, use your arms,. Everyone it’s called a weighted rope suppose to be heavy,. If u want to use gloves optional,. I wish I had of also order a battle rope from these people.Yes I do recommend it, trust me u will like it.
