Bought this for my girlfriend for Christmas. She loves it. The first order was lost. After much effort getting through the Amazon return/refund system, I finally got to the Miko store. They were VERY helpful and sent me a second unit. Naturally, both the new and the lost unit showed up on the same day. I suspect the first order was hiding in the FedEx truck or distribution center. Miko quickly sent me a return shipping label. Throughout this mess, Miko Customer Service was excellent.The foot massager is a fine product and my girlfriend loves it. Her only minor complaint is the magnetic remote holder is not strong enough, so the remote became a cat toy and must be stored elsewhere.I plan on buying another one again next Christmas for my sister.

I received this foot massager machine for Mother's Day (my family got it right this year!) and i could not have been more surprised, nor feeling this spoiled. First of all, the pure indulgence in the moments that I can use this bad boy, is divine. I comfortably roll with level 2 (of 5) of intensity and the working through the aches in my feet is such a gift. this machine's intensity is solid, it's not loud, and it's just comfortable to easily use while working at a desk or watching TV.Now my only reason for giving it 4 stars v's 5, is that I have looked up how to use the remote control and I can raise the intensity but the rest of the unit displays/massage elements do not reflect any change, even as I point it right over the function on the machine itself, so I have no idea how to adjust the heat, kneading, v/s rolling, etc... I'm sure I could customize my foot massage sessions to be even more dialed into my preferences, but screw it, it's wonderful even w/out adapting the preferences. I am very grateful for this foot massager.

Before reviewing the great product, a little background on me so that others can make an apples to apples comparison. My feet are narrow, men's 9, with high arch, and lots of mileage on them from an active athletic outdoor life and injuries (not to mention waiting tables all through my college years) showing their toll now that I am 60. I have never been overweight, so at least not struggling with that damage.This product is absolutely superb. Like any true massage, it can be mildly painful/uncomfortable at times during the 15 minute session, but if that weren't the case then it wouldn't be doing its job of moving stagnant fluid out, increasing circulation, etc. The mark of a real massage is how the area feels several hours and even a day later. This machine absolutely passes that test. I usually have a 15 minute massage at the 3 setting at the beginning of the day when first sitting down at my desk, and my feet feel absolutely great the entire day, even if I am on them more than usual. The first week I had the machine I would have another massage end of day, but now that I have had the machine three weeks, I don't feel any need for more than one massage -- so it seems to have corrected some longer lasting damage very quickly and now just needs one regular session. I have a high pain threshold, so initially I tried the highest setting of 5. Holy Cow! That was way too much, and left me with a slightly swollen tendon in the upper ball of my right foot (which went back to normal after a night's sleep, so no big deal). I now use it set on 3 and that's perfect for me, where the positive effects of the massage last an entire day with no residual soreness/damage. Someone with larger feet who is physically larger may need the higher setting. Thus, the offered range of 1-5 should allow everyone to find their ideal setting. The price point would seem high if it didn't work so well, but it does. Compared to the average cost of a masseuse, this machine pays for itself in a very short time.

This is the ultimate tool for restoring sore aching feet! I’ve had mine for just over 5 years now and it continues to work like new. I’ve tried other machines but none work as well as the Miko!

I purchased this foot massager and couldn't be happier with it as it provides a great mix of pressure, heat and kneading action. The different settings allow you to find the right amount of pressure for your foot. But what really stood out to me was the customer service. I had an issue with the unit a number of months after the purchase date and reached out to customer service and they were kind enough to help me out with a replacement unit. Thanks again for your quick assistance and allowing me to get back to enjoying this great foot massager!
