It’s GOOD. The lowest vibration setting on this wand is the highest one on other wands, which is a plus for me. Makes for a very intense and satisfactory, uh, “finish”. Nice and smooth silicone head. I do find that the handle vibrates as well, but that’s to be expected with such a strong motor. Also allows you to deliver in Amazon packaging to hide the product which is nice. Even so, the product package isn’t very explicit, one small picture of the wand on the backside, but that’s it. If you’re like me and want to turn it off sometimes in the middle of use, it’s easy to click the wrong button since the power switch is close to the pattern and speed switches, so if you accidentally click that, you’ll have to cycle through all 20 patterns, or all 8 speeds. The power switch does light up during use though, so it’s an easy thing to avoid. I’ve recommended it to my friend. If a hand doesn’t do the job, this wand definitely will.

Lasted about a month.
Worked really well for about a month, the battery lasted for ages. Then last week came and I tried to charge it for the first time and after a couple minutes I smell plastic burning, the whole thing doesn’t work anymore and won’t charge now. It broke right after the return window closed so I can’t return it either. Do not buy, I suggest buying a real Hitachi

this thing has power. unexpectedly strong for a wireless. great for working kinks out and kinking out some works. great product. my battery died after almost 4 months of frequent use, I contacted the company and they immediately send a replacement. very happy with customer service as well.
