Bought these because I was looking for cheap knee sleeves for squats and deadlifts, I don’t put them all the way up and use them as a shin guard for deadlifts. I’ve had them for about a month and they’ve help up pretty well. The elasticity has kept up and they haven’t torn up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a cheap alternative. I squat 235 for 5X5 with them one they don’t feel lose or like they’re about to give up and I can feel the support. Hope this helps with you decision.

I purchased these for Squatober and I felt much stronger when I would wear them while exercising. The fit is secure and they have held up quite well for the few months I have had them.

I’ve been lifting weights for years and I always hated doing squats because I have bad knees. I started using these and my knee pain is gone. It’s the best support for your knees for squats and lunges. And no pain after I finish my workout. These are a must for lifting weights and wish I had bought them sooner.

I think these would work great but I measured and was on the small end of medium. However, they are so tight on my calves that it’s painful. I’m likely going to have to return them. I tried rolling them up a bit but that was just as painful. I may try the size up but seems strange I’d have to get a large when I have smaller-sized legs. So, I’d buy a size up from what you think. It’s too bad because I can see how they would help.

These sleeves are perfect for what i was looking for. Very thick and very well stitched and made. I wish it was a bit and tad longer. Will stabalize your knees perfectly and will keep them warm.

So I bought these a week ago following the instructions to find the correct size but the medium were big for me, so I contacted the provider and they were super kind and sent me a new pair small size right away. I have used them a couple of times and they are great, confortable, great support. Would buy them again for sure.

These knee sleeves were fine when I first started wearing them. Unfortunately 4 months in the neoprene has started to rip rendering them useless. I’m not sure how often you a supposed to change them, but longer than 4 months I would have hoped.
