I am pale (Estee Lauder 1N1) and found this to be way too dark on its own. I usually buy both the tinted honey version and also the one without any tint (spf30's in winter, spf50's in summer) and mix two pumps of non tinted and a half pump of the honey, mix it together on back of my hand and then apply to clean and dry face and neck. Best to experiment with them to get to your liking colour wise.
