The media could not be loaded. this fireplace, gold tone it's elegance to the living space. It adds a calm and relaxing feeling for me. That's it makes the room, calm and relaxing. It matches the decor of the living room setting. My only problem is I had it installed by professional folks, instead of myself and because of the code in my city of Sterling Heights I could not have the heating portion turned on so it's installed without the heating element. I didn't really need it because I have heaters in front of the fireplace that is coming from the house so I really wanted it for this elegant look as you will see in the video. I can always take it out and simply flick the switch on the back and turn it back on the heating portion but for now I don't need it so I'll just use it for. I rate this a 4 1/2 out of five and that's only because not of any fault of the actual fireplace. It's because I have not access the heating portion because of my cities code situation.

Love this…totally fits the vibe I was going for, so much That I had purchased a second for my owners bedroom.

Excellent quality and price. Love the variety of color options and heat it gives off. Bought this more for the wall entertainment unit. Very impressed with the ambiance it gives off when not using the heat function.The realistic wood inset looks very realistic. We don't use the glass stone option because we like to wood inset better. Very easy to install if you have the rough opening framed and outlet directly behind.

Product was damaged in shipment. Touchstone really took care of the problem. Refunded a portion of the cost and extended the warranty for 2 years. We are building so it won't be installed for months. Amazon processed our refund to our Prime card the same day. Great Customer Service all the way around. This is the 4th Touchstone we have purchased. Been very pleased with every one. The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is because of the damage in the back of the unit.
