I haven't ever used any kind of moisturizing or styling products for my beard before, so I picked up a couple of options from well-reviewed brands and have been trying them over the past couple of weeks. This "tames" my beard as well as any of them but eventually dries, or at least that is how it seems. As someone that is constantly touching his face during the day this is a critical feature for me. This is the only one that doesn't call itself a "balm" and the only one that doesn't get on everything because my beard stops feeling damp or oily after a while. Coincidence? I have no idea.That said, I'm probably going to keep using this stuff. I found it while shopping specifically for unscented stuff, and while there is some "scent" there's no perfume and the scent fades away quickly as it dries. Combine that with being able to touch my beard without getting my hands all goopy and I'd call this a winner.

The smell isn’t bad. Smells like lotion. This cocoa butter stuff doesn’t help in anyway for shaping your beard but it really does soften it up. If you have course feeling hair, this is the product you want to use. It doesn’t last all day but it does last most of the day. If I apply it in the morning I’ll have to apply it again mid afternoon-ish. Would be awesome if they mixed this product with a shaping balm.

I love this product. I have ordered it many times. It's a light beard conditioner and smells great. Not oily at all.
