Will these pens bleed through the paper in a journal/planner like the Passion Planner?

Yes, if you over color and make it very dark or if you have a long pause while writing. But it is not bad for the most part. None if you have a light touch.

Is there any overlapping of colors with the new set of Vibrant sign pens? I already have the natural and vintage sets and love them.
