I wanted to find a sectional that fit two bills. First: fit the design of our antique 1800s farmhouse. Second: provide the kids a place to hang out and watch TV. This sectional is perfect for both needs. It is huge and looks classic and luxe, but the low profile back helps it not take over the room. And there's ample room for 3-4 people to lay down and get cozy in front of a movie. It is very comfortable (I also added lots of throw blankets and pillows). I like furniture that pushes back a little, not a fan of squishy couches that swallow you up, so while I agree with the reviews that mention the firmness, I consider it a positive not a negative. We've had it for a couple months now.It was delivered in no less than 9 separate boxes, not all on the same day. It took an afternoon to unpack and assemble (all that cardboard came in handy as a weed barrier in my 80-foot long flower gardens). It comes with six throw pillows and a huge ottoman (which we don't use, as we can't fit a coffee table and the ottoman at the same time). The brackets in one corner were installed wrong at the factory, and I ended up having to have a handyman adjust it with me, but Morden Fort was easy to deal with and they refunded me a couple hundred dollars for the trouble. And when we were working on moving the brackets I was happy to see it was made of wood & metal, not particleboard.The feet are wood. There's no chemical smell. The packaging indicated it complied with California's limits for formaldehyde off-gassing. The polyester "linen" fabric can give static electricity when you wipe your hand across it to sweep off crumbs. But it also repels stains pretty well. Ice cream dribbles wipe up without a trace. A testament to its comfort: I usually fall asleep on it before the movie ends. Overall it is a smart looking sofa for a design-conscious home, very big and comfortable, and the price of $1600 can't be beat (the closest sectional I found at a local furniture store was $4800.)

I am mostly happy with my sofa and chair purchase. They are firm, yet still soft. Installation was made to be very easy! I’m 5’2, a little over a hundred lbs and was able to put them together by myself. The quality of the fabric is nice. My only con and reason for the 4 star rating is the color of the dark grey sofa and chair. I feel the images are a bit misleading and the actual color is much darker than anticipated.

This sofa set is absolutely gorgeous, and customer service was excellent. The sofa arrived on time and looks exactly like the pictures. The quality is great. One of the sofas was missing the legs, however the problem was quickly solved. The seller stayed in contact throughout the process. I would recommend this sofa set to anyone who is looking.

I was skeptical of this piece. I thought the fabric might be rough too but I’m actually enjoying it more than my 3x the price sofa. The seat is probably better for people who are 5’ 8” and under. The fabric is soft and it looks great! Arrived in 3 boxes and I did need someone to help me put it together but it went fast! Maybe 30 minutes total and that counted breaking down boxes and taking them to the recycle bin. Definitely nice for the price.

This is the perfect size sofa for our formal living room space. Others mentioned that it feels a bit stiff, but I feel like it’s just new and needs to be broken down. Color looks just the the online pictures show. I love it! Super easy to put together too. It comes in three boxes and just know that they may be delivered on separate days from one another.
