CableModRT-Series Classic ModFlex Sleeved 8-pin PCI-e Cable for ASUS/Seasonic/Phanteks Revolt (Black, 60cm)

Great replacement for the stock cables from my Corsair PSU. Thin, sleeved, bendable cables make cable management a satisfying task, and they are extra long so they don't put strain on my CPU and GPU input ports. The only problem here is, the 3rd cable marked "PCIE" is only a 6-pin cable, unlike the other two (both 8-pins). Considering my GPU requires three 8-pin power connectors, I had to go out a buy an extra PCI-e cable for another $10. Not sure what the deal with that 6-pin cable was, but, whatever, I just needed to get my system completed. 1 less star for that, though.

I bought this cause I thought my 3090 was having power issues. And I was right, but it was not the cable. So that was pretty awful. But with a lot of modular power supplies you will need three 8pin cables cause no one ever expect three 8-pin video cards. But here we are.

These cables are solid and made well. The larger cables are somewhat too loose but you could fix that with some cable combs or zip-ties to clean them up. I would not recommend these for an ITX build since the ones that come with SFX PUSs are going to be shorter and take up less space. I thought they might be short enough and an improvement but they are not. I have yet to find some SFX replacement cables that work. In a small build you want flexible cables which these are.

Great product, great looks, and super easy to install

I purchased these for the RM650x in my new build. to clean up the appearance of my case, as the default Corsair cables are serviceable but neither flexible nor visually appealing. Do I have a fancy case? It's a Fractal Define Mini C, so, sorta. Do I have a side window? No. Will anyone ever see the interior of this case aside from me and randos and I'm flexing on? Certainly not.Why get cables like these? Call it an eccentricity. I don't like chaos hiding right out of sight. Sure, the Mini C would have the outward appearance of a stocky monolith of unalloyed order, but inside there would be a twisting madness of PVC and copper, heaving silently against the surface. There would be no evidence of it, sure, but I would know.I would know.So anyway, I purchased these to extend the relentless teleology of the IC into the broader world, and to this end I was successful. The cables are much more flexible than the default ones and the paracord is an interesting contrast against the typical circuit boards and enameled aluminum panels. They are a bit pricey for what you get, that's definitely the case - you might be better served by getting a different brand or shorter extensions rather than the full PSU set. I just happened to have the money for the CableMods.Caveats: if you are using velcro ties inside the case, then you have to be careful with the ModFlex, as the hook-side can pull threads from it. I presume ModMesh, being nylon, would not have that issue. to get around it, I used rubber/silicon bands, since unlike zipties they can be removed and adjusted relatively easily.Would I recommend them? If you have a side-window or transparent case, they are a definitely aesthetically on point. ModFlex or ModMesh, either should be suitable. If not, unless you too are eccentric, it probably isn't worth it. The improvement in airflow and the reduction in strain on the components are minimal so long as you are implementing reasonable cable management techniques. I'm still happy I purchased them though, since I'm pretty sure I'll be able to use them in the next two-three builds and they did make it a bit easier to get everything where I wanted it.

I recently purchased the CableMod C-Series Classic ModMesh Sleeved Cable Kit for Corsair Type 3 RM Yellow Label/AXi/HXi (Carbon) from Amazon. The product description mentioned the inclusion of cable combs, but to my dismay, I couldn't find any in the package. I diligently searched every nook and cranny, much like Captain Ahab pursuing the elusive White Whale. However, despite my efforts, I couldn't locate these promised combs amidst the labyrinth of cardboard and plastic encasings that housed the many power-delivering veins.

Sehr schöne und hochwertig gesleevte Kabel. Ich benutze noch eine alte GPU mit 2x6PIN Anschluss und war schockiert dass dieses Sortiment an Kabel nicht 2 dieser Sorte beinhaltet. Echt Schade. Da ich alles perfekt haben möchte habe ich mir bei CableMod ein einzelnes zusätzlich (für echt viel Geld) bestellt. Ansonsten nichts zu beanstanden.

Bought a PSU that didn't have cables for a couple buck and bought these as replacements. They look good and were a perfect fit. The combs really made the cable management look good.

Need to reduce the clutter from the factory fat cables that came with my EVGA supernova G2 1300W and these cables work great!Was deciding between the pro modflex vs this model as I was worried about it's too rigid as per product description. Eventually given the huge price difference, I decided to give this a try and very happy I did as they are exactly how I like them to be. Very easy to shape into how I like them to be and now the cables look way cleaner compared to the fat factory cables. Also run very stable with no issue with power after almost 2-day running.I am sure the pro modflex could well be even better, but given the price, I would say this is much better value. Highly recommended.

bellissimi cavi. li ho utilizzati in una nuova build con un alimentatore seasonic prime.molto comodi e di rigidezza adeguata. si adattano bene al cablaggio e mantengono una forma pulita e ordinata, diversamente impossibile con la maggior parte dei cavi originali.il modello classico è più facile da inserire perché i pro sono davvero molto grossi e il cablaggio risulta più ingombrante. questo modello inserito in un icue 4000 invece non ha dato particolari problemi e il risultato è stato ottimo.i cavi diretti sono decisamente meglio rispetto le prolunghe, che aumentano il disordine ma anche la resistenza di contatto.

I was tossing up between about 4 brands but decided to go for the slightly more expensive Cablemod cables for my PC upgrade. The cables are very sturdy and click easily into their slots. My case was a Phanteks p600s - a fairly large ATX case (also 100% recommend!) and the cables were easily long enough. I only had difficulty with the SATA cable.Things you should be aware of:- When making the cables look 'neat', place the cable combs as desired first before connecting both ends into their slots; they are sturdy and therefore difficult to manoeuvre.- Ensure you have enough room to store the excess cable length (mine was next to the PSU).- Lastly, the cables aren't labelled for where they go (besides 'PSU' written on some ends). They come individually packaged in plastic but there are no labels saying which cables are for what, so go to the cablemod website and use that to figure out which cables are for what if you're unsure (as I wasn't).Aside from that, I am glad I took the time to carefully use these for my build, as the white looks very clean and the cables are of great quality.
