Perfect tool for the job
I needed this product to take my crank off my mountain bike, perfect product does exactly what it's meant to do

Does the job perfectly.
Worked perfectly and was very simple to use. Simply screwed the larger thread into the crank and then wound down the top bolt. Takes a bit to get it started (as expected) but the whole process took about 5 minutes. Saved me hours and lots of cursing.

Ok
Go done the job. But don't think it will keep on going for long.

Worked just fine
I bought this to remove the cranks on a little 20" mountain bike. I found that it did the job perfectly fine. There are three parts to this. There is the piece that threads into the cranks and which must be carefully started so as not to cross thread it. Screw this in as far as it will go and nip it up using a spanner etc. It does not need to be tightened too much. The second piece is threaded through the centre of the first piece. Grease these threads to protect them as they are the ones most likely to strip if you overdo it. Grease is used on the threads of commercial vehicle pullers so if it is required there, it will do no harm here and you might just get to get many uses out of your purchase. The third piece is a little cap that sits over the end of the second piece i.e. the part that actually does the pushing. In my case it was too large for this little bike so I added a little grease here and proceeded without it which was not an issue. The first crank I attempted to remove was very tight indeed due to dirt, rust etc and I felt that were I to continue tightening the puller, it would strip so I stopped. I sprayed a little PlusGas on the area and left it for a few minutes. I then took a rubber mallet, but a hammer would do perfectly well and tapped the cranks a few times. I tightened the puller a little, tapped some more and so on until the crank came free. The puller did what it was supposed to do and just required a little assistance to get the job done.

Perfect.
Great quality, ordered last minute and came on time. Worked exactly as I needed and fitted my crank. Not the cheapest but still good value for money.

decent
worked to remove my crankset, although the inner bolt seems to have worn down and shaved off some of its own metal against my bottom bracket. gets the job done, but not the highest grade

Destroyed the tread on the crank arm
This tool has stripped the thread on the inside of the crank arm that it attaches to and completely ruined it. No fit for purchase and now I will have to pay for a repair to my bike. Do not buy this....

Fits great but did not come with the cap
The puller fits great and allowed me to remove the crank arms. The only problem is tge description says it comes with a removable cap which is not the case

Cheap Steel, Broken on Day 1
Used it for one side of my crank, worked fine. Threads weren't great but it did the job. Tried to remove the other crank arm and after a little torque the threads on the middle piece broke right off. I was only using a little 6" long hand wrench, no cheater bar for extra leverage just a little wrench and it couldn't even handle that. I will be returning if possible and just buying a crank puller by Park Tools made from proper tool steel. Waste of time and money!
