It depends on environment. So there's no correct answer, as all env. are different

Has anyone used this in translucent silicone molds with uv curing? basically can this be used like conventional uv resin without a printer

It can be used as a resin without a printer, but You should only really use transparent resin for that. It would have a huge amount of trouble trying to get it to consistently harden if your application is more than a thin layer. Pouring it into a mold I not recommended

how to dispose of failed prints?

If they are printed with ECO resin - just well cure it on the sun and move to Bin
