I was skeptical about spending the money on this device because it’s not cheap, and I’m not currently trying to conceive. Mostly I just wanted to understand my cycles better, and to understand more about my body. My cycles are irregular, so when I get to the point where I do want to try to conceive I want to better know what I’m dealing with. That being said, I think this is well worth the money. I’ve only been really tracking my cycles like this for a couple months, and prior to ordering this device I was manually tracking using ovulation strips that I had to manually input information into an app. It’s not difficult to do it that way, but I had questions about the accuracy. I’ve definitely had a few instances where, once I’ve scanned the ovulation strip into the app, I’ve gotten two different results depending on the lighting in my bathroom. With Mira, I don’t really have to worry about that anymore. I love the convenience of one strip that detects both your estrogen and your luteinizing hormone to give you more accurate results. Not to mention this device connects very easily with the app and there is no manual input required. I did have one instance where the device had finished reading, but the results were not being synced to the app. This was easily resolved by pressing the button on the back of the device to restart it. Honestly, the only downside is the cost. Not only is the device itself expensive, but the strips will run you anywhere from $45-$60 depending on where you buy the strips and if there is a sale or promo code to be had. Overall, still very happy with my purchase. I feel very confident that this will help me to understand my cycles better, and may even help me to better understand some issues that I’ve been having.

I love my Mira device! I started using this right away mostly because regular ovulation tests seemed hard to read and confusing. This device automatically records your results to your app and complies your data into a easy to read chart! Absolutely no guesswork. When I first got mine it wouldn't turn on, but it just needed to be charged. One time it wouldn't sync to my app, but I put a pin in the reset button and it worked immediately, and even still had the data from my last reading. It has worked every other time so far! I have even traveled with it, since I wanted to know my levels for that day. It seems expensive, but the accuracy and ability to use from home for me makes it well worth it. My last chart informed me I ovulated very late in my cycle, which a free tracker app wouldn't have known. Very helpful!

I'm very happy that I purchased this, it has helped clarify what is going body wise with me. I didn't realize that my hormones were low and yo-yoing around. By using this I was able to better understand what steps I need to take to better my fertility. I like that it's easy to use, read and understand what is happening with my hormones. I especially like that it updates your calendar based on tests taken that morning. I would certainly recommend this anyone who is trying to better understand what their body is doing.

Mira is a nice gadget/idea to track hormones when trying to get pregnant. The analyzer is cute and easy to read. But, sometimes the sticks/wands produce no result. This does not happen often, but there are a few in every batch. That is disappointing because they cost so much. It is worse when you are down to your last one and cannot get a result because the wand/stick does not read. But, there is also customer service. There is not a way to speak with anyone when that analyzer decides to go blank/black. You are just stuck for several days until someone decides to answer you back in a generic message That is not really helpful. But the absolute worst is spending over $200 for this analyzer and an additional $70+ A month, and not being able to use it for fertility. When ordering from Mira.com it takes 5 to 7 weeks to receive a shipment of wands/test sticks. The company will lure you in with lots of “opportunity to test hormones” but never deliver. When, trying to conceive every month, a woman is hopeful until she gets a positive pregnancy test. The test sticks/wands expire and cannot be returned. So, it only makes sense to order what you need especially when it is costing upward of $70-$90 a month. With this company, even if you order two weeks ahead of time you cannot expect to receive testing sticks/wands for six weeks. That is ridiculous. you get excited thinking that you have a reliable fertility device but overall it is absolutely just not true. I have been using their products for the past six months and have failed to receive shipments in a timely manner. although I was hopeful for pregnancy last month I decided to order test wands/sticks ahead of time….4 weeks later there are still no shipping updates. Contacting customer service leaves generic/empty responses. Overall, this would be a great product, but due to the frequent/constant issues with connecting the device and receiving equipment that is necessary to test. It is a overall no. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. You will be drained and even more defeated in your pregnancy journey. Spend your money with a company that cares truly about your infertility, is able to be responsive, and will save you some money in the long run. And, all of these lengthy reviews raving about how great the product is, have to come from someone working with or for the Company

In a space of hormonal fertility tracking, consistency outside of a blood draw is always variable, less accurate. That said, the focus is on simplicity, app since, and precision of values. Mira does that. Easy to use wands with care to avoid urine handling. Unclear how much the orientation of the stick affects results but we haven’t tried b/c the cost of wands is rather high. Running a test and syncing is very easy. The 15-20min wait is slightly annoying and we sometimes could forget to check the result. However, if you are within 25 feet, it automatically syncs. It also holds results to sync later if needed. Trend seems to be visible with one month of use but will update with continued use.

My friend recommended the Mira to me as a way to help track my cycle and get an idea of my hormone levels. The product is easy to use, and it connects to the app on your phone easily. I really like being able to watch my hormone levels change throughout my cycle, and it's great simply to have more information about what my body is doing over the course of a month.

For a very long time, we used ClearBlue Digital Ovulation monitor kit to detect peaks for trying to conceive. The only thing we could rely on without understanding anything was for a smiley face to appear. I was actually typing in the search box to pull up a clearblue OPK to order, that's when I saw Mira. I did research and read the reviews - I knew I wanted to try it out. It arrived quickly. Nicely packaged. I read the instructions and wanted to make sure I was doing everything right. There's a lot of good information on the app. My first month went smoothly, I was overly impressed with Mira as it's very beneficial with knowing and understanding the numbers they show you in regards to your LH surge, e3g and PDG. I do recommend this product as you'll be able to better understand your condition and when to conceive. I'm a very happy customer and will continue to use Mira.

My husband and I have been struggling with infertility for 4.5 years. We finally fired all fertility doctors and turned to Chinese medicine. My only concern was how would I feel secure in the journey without constant blood monitoring. We've lost 10 babies in miscarriages, most due to low progesterone discovered too late to save the pregnancy with supplemental treatment. I was using the Clearblue Advanced ovulation reader and we were baby dancing based on that. Finally I broke down and ordered the Mira. On the first cycle with this device we learned that Clearblue Advanced was giving us the complete wrong windows. Over a week off. My estrogen has a slight rise then drop them a big rise before my LH peak. Clearblue was saying I was ovulating based on that first rise. Solid smiley and all. We got pregnant that first cycle. Unfortunately it ended in our 10th loss due to a cellular issue with the embryo. However, this device is what made it possible. We are now in the two week wait after our third cycle using Mira. Second cycle I didn't get ovulation confirmation so it was anovulatory. This cycle my levels were BEAUTIFUL and seeing my progesterone in real numbers gives us so much more peace through this. I couldn't recommend this device more!!!!!

Goog price and good value. This Mira products give a hope to make my wish come true.

This product is a scam, its a cheap product that doesn't do anything. I have received this product with zero charging and I put this on charge for nearly 20mins and it still showed me zero %. I inserted the wand to test it and I waited 20mins to see my results and as I was about to see my results, neither the analyzer worked nor the app. Analyzer turned off and my count down window disappeared from the app. Please don't waste your time and money on this one.

Also falsely claims confirmation of ovulation. Tried many times to fix my tracker- always lose ng battery, says I have used the stick when i havent. My egg has stopped charging altogether. Its expensive and doesnt stand up to the £199 charge. Id pay £20 for it and i reckon China could make this for a £5 and actually work for at least 6 months.

These sticks are out of day by months. The machine does not accept them. Hopeless, sending back for a refund- scam!
