FolkArt Neon Blacklight Acrylic Paint, 2 oz., Red

Looks great under my blacklight! 😎 Will buy again if I need more. I bought the color Red and i’m very happy how it turned out.

This paint was the exact color that my daughter needed for her project. Great value for the money. It worked well for what she needed it for and the quality of the paint is good.

Good stuff! See pictures. FolkArt Blue looks a bit brighter than the photo while Color Shift looks a bit dimmer. Purple doesn't glow at all. Wildfire goes on nearly clear albeit with some brush marks. When painted over other acrylics, it makes them slightly hazy but still works great. Don't buy Milo white. Milo red is more pink than red.

I used this paint to repaint the dial needles on my vintage car dash gauges. I put it on thick and one coat was enough. It worked great and "glows" at night when the dash lights are on! I do have blue LEDs in the car that I did recently, so I don't know how it works at night with the regular dash lighting. I can't speak for longevity but I have lots of extra should I need it again someday. The price was also very good for the amount you get. I have 12 vintage cars and I plan to do all their gauges also.

i love the brand, it is bright and vibrant BUT it has a flaw. All of the neon colors just dont lay right. they take extra coats to get solid coverage. You can get there its just gonna take a few coats. it dries quickly but not evenly.

This paint is very thin, watery and very transparent. I needed a white base and several (3+) coats of neon pink to get anywhere near opaque over the top of that. So while it is inexpensive, you get what you pay for. I would have been better off getting a pricier paint that could do the same job in fewer coats and less time.

Perfect for touching up my vintage black light poster. Worked great!

I purchased 2 colors in this brand and was disappointed to find that this paint was virtually invisible under blacklight and did not provide any benefit to my art project. It didn't matter how many layers were added. Its not that it even suggested an ability to glow- It was the opposite- a virtual black hole of color under blacklight. I also used another color in the same brand which did provide the exciting glow, the FolkArt Neon Blacklight Acrylic Paint, 2 oz., Red was a welcome relief. So I was to do it all again, I would buy the Red... and the "Neon" purple should disappear as does the its lackluster result.

すでに絶版している、ガイアノーツで出ていたΓ蒼き鋼のアルペジオ コンゴウ用 ルミナスパープル」の代わりを探していて購入。正直、輸入品なので期待していたのですがΓピンクかぁ〜…」ってなりましたw。国内商品も紫のUV反応はルミナスパープル以外ピンクなんですよね。製品としてはデフォルト性能なので★3。でもUV発色がパッケージと異なる発色なら発光サンプルは貼って欲しい。
