If you have constant constipation or blocked bowel movements, THIS is for you. HOWEVER, be prepared for side effects of gas bloating and diarrhea. I drank a cup at 8pm and was awoken at 4am with gas and diarrhea. The gas and bloat afterwards lasted several hours with sporadic bowel movements through the day and following evening. I recommend staying home the next day if you drink it at nite hoping for bowel movements in the morning. Lol it lasts all day. But it works! I am cleansed/detoxed. Lol

I started drinking this last year during quarantine and started shedding weight right away. It was gradual at first and my body had to get used to the tea. FYI take in the AM before breakfast and give yourself time to use the bathroom. It’s a detox so it cleans you out LOL! But over a year later I have kept the weight off! My stomach is flat, metabolism is what it used to be in high school and myself and others have noticed! I’ve recommended this tea to so many friends and family and it really, truly works! So happy I found this and will keep buying again and again! P.S. I don’t work out but if I did I’d be in the best shape of my life hahaha. I’m just a lazy girl.

This green tea cleanse has a pleasant taste compared to other green tea products I've tried such a tea's but this powder version has a lemon grass taste although it does not have lemon grass. I drink this powder cleanse with room temperature water, I suggest a bottle blender it will eventually mix and drops to the bottom just shake agian. It has been making me go I also do feel pretty good in my gut meaning empty. Also other things play a part different supplements the only con personally, the bag will not be filled to the brim half way you know like a chip bag lol but it's good I like the taste. Will I buy anther bag in the future most likely yes until I find a bulk version with a good taste it is a bit pricey not a deal breaker.

First time trying this product, can’t say it works.But I didn’t like the taste. After drinking it for the first time and first thing in the morning. It made me nauseous, gave me a headache, my stomach felt weird and my chest felt tight.I also felt slight dizzy. I drank plenty of water after. I don’t think this product is for me.

If you’re familiar with green matcha tea. It’s not the best tasting but you can always add honey and lemon juice for flavor. Its work if u want to lose a little belly fat or help with the bloating. Great for starting a diet/detox too just make sure you stay hydrated.

This product wows me everytime I use it. Cautions to use only for 14 days at a time, which is just about one package. What I like about this product is it cuts my carb cravings and it really does seem to burn fat. Each time I use it people comment about how slimmed out I look. Muscle shows up better. I know Garcinia Cambogia is used as a fat burner...as is green tea. What I DO NOT LIKE is the STEVIA. And it is too sweet. Ugh. It doesn't need sweetened ...leave that to us to decide if, and what kind. So I just hold my nose and gulp it.(The taste of the tea is good, just that stevia I have never liked). But I give it 5 stars because it really makes a difference!

Love this! Although it has Senna in it, it doesn't have the same negative effects most senna cleanse teas do. I typically mix this power in my smoothies and drink it throughout the day. Or, I mixed it with water and drink it while I am eating meals. I think drinking this with food has helped reduce the bloat, gas, or uncomfortable cramps that Senna can sometimes have on the stomach. Drinking this has had a positive effect on my bowel movements. 2-3 Healthy bowel movements a day. Again, if you ever had a senna tea, you know the after effects are not always pleasant. I have not once had that same experience drinking this tea. I highly recommend for anyone who needs healthier bowel movements daily.

I ordered this item hoping I would be able to use it. Unfortunately, I am not able to use this due to it gave me awful pain. I am stuck with this product and can not return it! Will have to throw it out. Not a satisfied customer!
