Yes most certainly, that's what I cook on.

Can you give me the full outside dimensions? We're trying to find something that would fit into a 12" toaster oven.

Mine is 11.75 inches in diameter. I do not think this would be a good way to use the Welsh Bake Stone. If you have a gas stove top that would be perfect way to use it. Hope this helps.
