Excellent One Stop Shop Small Business Printer
If you are a looking for a one stop pro Black/White printer solution for your small business needs, this is it! It has amazing printing speeds and wifi connectivity features that will make your life easier. My HP LaserJet M234sdw printer was a breeze to setup and use. I like really like the build quality as it looks really nice on our station. The print speed is quick and consistent with more than 30 pages per minute; more importantly we didn’t have any ink smudges and paper print quality looks and feels amazing. We had a print job of over 300 pages and it was able to handle it without an issue or taking a break. The Setup was super simple and easy. The HP app was great as we it guided us through the entire process. The rest of the setup was pretty intuitive and self-explanatory. I highly recommend getting the HP Instant Ink service as we got two month free and the toner rates seemed comparable to other off label toners especially when to signup for higher print page tiers. I love that It is also able to print thick stock papers which makes it a breeze for printing posters. I also love the fact that we can scan directly to phone as previously I needed to install desktop software to do that. It also has a mobile fax feature which can be setup on HP's account and auto prints as fax's come in. If I really need to get nitty picky, I wish they have the control screen on the printer rather than the paper tray. The paper tray had a wobbly tendency so when you touch the scan button, it wouldn’t always recognize the first time, having a touchscreen I feel like would have been better. But also think about it, being an office printer, I have been able to use the printer with gloves on, which I think wouldn’t have been possible with a touch screen. Other than this minor inconvinence, this is an excellent printer. Overall, we are really satisfied with the printer and love the speed along with the HP app to keep the printer secure along with some of the scanning features. Highly recommend this product for anyone looking for high speed high quality printing solution.

Versatile in printing.
When first setting up and unboxing this printer I asked myself how is this printer so small but have so many capabilities. It takes up a very small footprint on your desk. This is great for small businesses and small families. You can set up this printer anywhere in your house and be able to print. This is where the versatility of this printer comes into play. You just need the HP app on your phone to set it up and start printing without a PC. I love this! If you do want to print the traditional way with a PC or Mac, you can. I used a USB cord with my Mac and it was found very easily. Either way works for this printer. This is the best thing of this printer. The many options to print is amazing. Here are all the ways to print HP app, usb, airprint, and android IP. If you have trouble printing one way you can just use another way. This is so much easier to set up and makes it more versatile. I'm coming from a dumb laser printer that only used a USB cord to print. Not having to have a PC always on in order to print is such a time saver. Also being able to keep this HP printer on without heating up my room and dim our lights to keep itself warmed up. This HP printer I can keep on all the time without these issues. The interface on the actual printer is small, simple and to the point. Which is great since mostly all the advance options are being done on your phone or the app interface. This printer also offers duplex printing which saves a lot on paper. HP also offers a subscription service that keeps track of your pages printed and will send out ink as you need it. They offer a two month trial which is basically free tone for two months. Just pick the right plan and print away without worrying about you ink level, ever. This HP printer is so much fun to use.

Great laser all in one printer.
Great all in one printer with a very easy installation. It took less than 15 min. Prints are sharp and clear. Using the HP app (other apps charge, this one is free) i printed from my cell. I have yet to connect my laptop but im sure it will be as easy. Recommend.

Exactly as described. Worked well, even in Windows 7
Repalced an 8-year old dead Officejet. Good news is 1) worked well with Win7 32 bit, which many current printers do not, 2) software installed easily, 3) print quality very good, & 4) scanner speed & quality good. Not as good news is 1) no scan function from machine - must use sware, 2) scan sware startup takes >30 seconds to load, 3) http EWS requires password inside machine. Overall, good value & works well so far. Wish it scanned double-sided but knew no going in - accurate description. Also, note no sware in box - have to dl.

Truly the WORST printer/scanner I have bought
Printing is about the only thing that this does well (including double sided printing). 1. Copying double sided pages has to be done manually by copying the first page, reinserting the printed page upside down and the correct way up, and then copying the reverse page. Even my previous el cheapo HP inkjet printer had a 2 page to 2 page copying function where you didnt have to play paper jockey like that. 2. Scanning - WHAT A JOKE! HP wants you to use its HP Smart app to scan documents. Only on my andriod device was I able to get this scanning function to work - meaning I would have to use my phone to control the scanner, and forward scanned docs by email to myself so I could download those scanned docs that I wanted to store on my laptop. HP Smart would not even install on my PC running Windows 10 - the installation program just stalled and went nowhere, and was not available for Mac OS 10.15 that I use. I eventually was able to use Mac OS' scan function, but... when I used the document feeder to scan multiple page docs, the pages got scanned slanted. I had to use the flatbed scanner screen, loading and scanning each page manually in order to get a scanned page that was now only slightly slanted, but slanted nonethess. 3. While I was using the scanner, Error 41 which is a printing error occured, and I had to reboot the printer/scanner to resolve this. WORST printer/scanner I have ever used! It's going to the UPS store tomorrow to be sent straight back to Amazon!

Robust, quick and good quality. Scanner printer and software all easy to use. We print about 500 pages a week for over a year now with no issues.

La meilleure imprimante que je connaisse. Plus besoin d’acheter de l’encre qui sèche et qui est très dispendieuse. Très bon achat.

I was looking for a replacement for my old M127FW printer and this one was the natural pick. Features are abundant including ADF, duplex printing (not scanning) and wifi network printing. Small downside is it took a little more setup than my last printer which had a screen. A screen should be standard on all models with wifi. Instead of viewing the settings on a screen, you need to press button combos which prints a page with the network info. Thankfully I'm good with figuring it out, but those less tech savvy may require a little help. Thankfully, after connecting to wifi (using WPS pairing) it should be good to go. For the features and price I definitely recommend it for all your home office needs. Lack of a screen does make setup a bit more fiddly, but once the initial hurdle is cleared it should be a solid printer going forward.

I bought this printer and used it and LOVED it for about 9 months. Then I changed the cartridge with an HP instant ink subscription cartridge and it gave error code 11. I put the old cartridge back. Still error 11. HPs horrible customer service sent me a "new" printer. SURPRISE it was refurbished and turned on twice and gave error 11 and then stopped working. Then they said it was the ink. I installed 2 more different cartridges (all HP not aftermarket) and it still gives error 11! I researched online and apparently this is a common issue on a lot of forums. So now I own a $300 paper weight! HP used to have a good product. I had my last one for 12 years! They are now garbage and their support is just as bad. I had one tech who was so rude to me and answered me in all caps in the chat. What a nightmare. Please do not buy any HP products. They have really gone down hill. I haven't been able to print for 3 weeks and I have been dealing with support for the whole time. I had to purchase an ink jet Canon just to be able to work from home. I will NEVER buy HP again and I suggest you NEVER do!
