All good. Perfect for recording when using my phone.

Its super easy to handle. Feel is really premium. This is my second gimbal from zhiyun, already had smooth Q2. Q2 had a shortcoming with wide angle camera captures which has been addressed really well in Q3. Easy to balance and almost ready to go. I really like the placement of functional buttons on the gimbal, they are placed at really comfortable positions and help use it with utmost ease. Battery life is really good. Definitely a keeper.

Product visual 9/10 The gimbal has a very solid construction that is very sleek and feels like a small form factor. This can be a very difficult device to use for those who do not have experience with a gimble so the product should have a minimalist layout that makes it simple and intuitive to use, which your product has. The USB-C connection is a great feature that should be standardized in all serviceable devices, it shows consumers that manufacturers have incorporated the USB-C in their product designs very recently. Usability 8/10 It took a few tries to get the gimbal to stabilize properly but that was due to my improperly setting up the gimbal before powering it on. Here is a pro tip that I didn't know but you have to fully extend the "arm" when you use it because it has connection pins that must make contact in order for the gimbal to work. Once it's connected, you turn it on and it starts immediately working. You have 4 stabilization modes to choose from and what I actually like about this unit is that it has a "selfie" mode that has a selfie light. Very nice touch. Conclusion I really enjoyed the product design of this gimble, it feels sturdy and it has a minimal amount of buttons that does not make the device confusing to the user but it has a few downfalls. The selfie light is also a really good idea for those that may do vlogging or facetime with callers in a dark area. The app that is provided frustrated me the most just because of its design and layout, other than that you can honestly use the gimbal without having to use the app. The app just allows more customization of the gimbal. Overall, it does what it's meant to do and it does good. Once I use this a bit more in-depth, I will update this review accordingly.

This thing works beautifully. Using their app may or may not be useful to you, but it also comes in handy. The stabilization this gives for my mobile phone is great. It works well with my Samsung Galaxy S9+, S10+, and Note10 Plus. But, unfortunately my Note20 Ultra is too large. Other than that, it's wonderful and now I'm getting the gamble for my DSLR next!

HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED. Was looking foto using this on my Caribbean adventure. Terrible connection with Bluetooth. Very unreliable with travel, won’t work in moments you need it spontaneously. Set up takes extremely way too long. Not enough buttons for functionality. Should have separate Bluetooth button, mode button. Smart mode of what makes camera stable won’t work! Worked once when I first got it, never worked properly again. Waste of 80 dollars.

This is my first gimbal. It is very easy to learn and has such cool features. I love making videos of my dog and now i can get those running shots. Love this thing can’t wait to film while traveling.

The button front of smooth not working.

Simply works. Very easy to set up - you end up with a fantastic stable image from a small and lightweight product. The included app for your phone is much better than I initially expected. Really nice product.
