A: No, they failed the sound and scratch test, which means these are glass or plastic.  It’s not bad, and the price reflects these not being authentic, but the fact that everything on their product claims this is real jade is kind of shady.

**Q: Mine squeaks. How do I get it to stop squeaking?**
A: Hi if your face roller is squeaking it means that the hardware is rubbing up against the stone. See if you can exchange it for another one or try to loosen the hardware a little bit and hopefully it’ll stop squeaking for you hope that helps you
