Tasco change their manufacturer to overseas, and the quality has deteriorated from past manufacture

This is the second box we've purchased and they are even more disappointing than the first. Our first box was about 1/3 defective plugs (super duper thin, like they are seconds or rejects that they decided to sell anyways). Almost every individually wrapped pair has one good plug and one defective plug, so you have to open 2 or 3 packs before you get a pair like they describe in their information. We thought maybe we just got a bad box and decided to try them one more time, mostly because when you finally find two good earplugs, they work really well. This second box is 2/3 defective. I think they are just getting rid of their defective product on Amazon since it is a pain in the butt to return stuff. These get used in situations where loud noise can be damaging to hearing, so it is INCREDIBLY IRRESPONSIBLE for Tasco to have such blatant inconsistency in their product. I will be returning our box. It's a shame, though, because the good ones work really really well. I just can stand paying full price for a box when you can only use about 1/3 of the product. TASCO, PLEASE LABEL THESE AS "DEFECTIVE" OR "SECONDS" OR HIRE A QUALITY CONTROL DEPARTMENT. THIS IS DANGEROUS.
