Can Eat Dairy Again!
I’ve had trouble digesting Dairy for a few years now. Had one of these before eating cheese and I haven’t had any problems such as Bloating, Wind, Diarrhoea. Amazing.

These tablets work for me!!
As I age, I am developing an intolerance to dairy. I have found that avoiding the stuff is the best… however, if I’m dairy can’t be avoided. Or I have a craving for a dairy cappuccino, o have a table 3 minutes before I digest the drink.They work in that the effect of not having a tablet is clearly there! These tablets have no taste of you swallow them with lots of water. They are quite pricey but worth it when compared to not having them!!

These seem to work so far...
