I bought this to enhance my home gym’s variety of workouts. It works really well with no issues, so far I have safely used 100 lbs on the pulley and it was solid. In the photo, I attached my lat pull down bar and I was satisfied with this purchase. I highly recommend for those that have a gym at home to get one. The install was also very easy it took less than 5 minutes to put up.

works as described. all pieces were in the box and fit and finish and build quality was good, all fabric was smooth and seemed strong, nothing flimsy or frayed. all metal parts were polished and smooth, no burrs or sharp edges noted. all moving parts worked smoothly with no issues. the only issue that i have with this product is that to make it work for a lat pull type exercise, you need high ceiling for full range of motion or a high hook or bar to attach it to. ceilings in my garage are probably 9 feet and i have a bar bolted to the ceiling to attach it to. i have to sit on the floor to do a lat pull which works but sitting on a stool or bench might be better. same with tricep pushdown. otherwise, its good equipment at a very affordable price and works as described. does it take the place of a tower? no. but something you can use at home that won't break the bank, which you can store easily is to me, worth it. just know to get the best use out of it you will need high point to attach it to.

Excellent pulley system that fit onto the squat rack. Easy setup and very versatile... You can do a variety of exercises which have made the workouts more effective.

I needed a pulley system for my home gym but I was hesitant to buy not knowing if the equipment was good or not but this unit is excellent! Very easy to install and works great. You can do multiple exercises and if you have free weights you can complete a full workout. I suggest buying a heavy duty ceiling hook to hang the unit from and screw it into a beam in the ceiling. No issues yet!

Quelques exercices sont impossible à faire avec ca si je compare au gym, mais dans l'ensemble ca ne satisfait ...je ne resent plus le besoin de m'achete une cage d'entrainement qui serait 20x le prix minimum;)
