However, it specifies 9000 (nine thousand) FCC Lactase Units of Lactase Enzyme. Also there is 5mg of Sodium per caplet. **Q: Do you prefer these or the chewables?** A: I prefer to chew these over the ‘chewable’ tablets because they have no flavor and the other ones taste awful.
