I was looking for something to improve total lung function. Some trainers only work on one part of the breath cycle, say exhalation. This product works on both parts, so a plus. Also low setting is low enough when just starting out if you have lung issues. Can dial up as you get stronger. There are no instructions included, but depending on need, can go online to check out pulmonary rehab recommendations. Easy to clean.

Using the trainer and as part of my treatment helps in assisting my breathing and making my lungs stronger.

Good quality piece that is easy to use. My only complaint is that is collects a lot of saliva when I’m doing multiple breathing reps.

Felt like this tool, although strange looking, actually increase my lung capacity and allows me to recover quicker.

Upon initial testing, seems to do what it's intended to do. I considered many similar resistance devices, and chose this one because of the minimalist design and likely ease of cleaning.

Never thought of it as a muscle to workout that I would have time for. This is so convenient I can do it walking around, working from home. Very nice but will have to see how well it performs.

This is all you get. When you scan the QR code, this page to rate the product comes up, not any instructions on how to use it. WTH? How can you evaluate something you don’t know how to use? Backwards is what I call it. That’s why I rated it at “1”.

This breather is softer and much more flexible than my previous ones. Easier on my mouth.

Easy to use, still new to the device, need to give it some time to see if my lungs train up as advertised.

My order didn’t come with a case which had me really disappointed. It just Came in a little plastic bag which leaves me with nowhere to keep it when I’m not using it.
