The product is great and worth the money paid. It was dispatched on time by the company too which is a real help when you need something quick. It came well packaged as well. The product is well made and will do what it says and protect a person's heels (as well as keeping feet warm). The quality of the manufacture is of a high standard and will last a long time. So 5 stars all round for this product and the company. Thank you.

Bought for my mom who has sores/wound on back of her heel. Initially I bought her the round cuff, but that didn't work and caused pain around ankle after 15 min. Honestly I didn't think these bootie pillows would work, cuz why if you have sore on heel would you want heel touching something :/ (besides bandaid) - But she loved it saying she slept all night without pain and it was soft and comfortable. She has trouble bending over (back/leg pain) but said wasn't too bad & easy enough to put on. I just sent her a short grabber to help with that, lol. She highly recommends!

These helped heal mom's heal pressure sore and avoid any others. Ours have been washed several times and they machine wash and dry well. We had a period without air conditioning and the house got very hot. We had to switch mom to sheepskin booties since these became too hot for her - basically little parkas for her feet. But I suspect for many elderly people with cold feet, this would be a positive attribute. These should only be put on after the patient is lying down and removed before they get up. They would be dangerous and slippery to stand or walk on.
