We've been using this bone broth for months. Bone broth is considered beneficial for gut health due to its nutrient-dense, easily digestible components like gelatin and amino acids (glycine, glutamine) that can help maintain the intestinal barrier. It's good for your microbiome (gut health). We add it to foods, and we take a portion of it in half a cup of liquid at night. We've found it stops after dinner hunger and stops us from snacking. We also use it when we are on liquid-only fasts to keep our strength and gain the benefits of fasting. This particular bone broth offer 18% protein, and is from grass-fed, pasture-raised beef, so highly recommended.

Suprisingly good fo something thats "health foody". Did a fast a week or two ago and had a cup of this with an oxo for flavour before I started eating again. Theres a goodly amount in the tub when your using a scoop or two at a time. Ive started adding a scoop to a potnoodle (not ideal) but it works and allows me to pretend a cheap rather crappy snacks marginally healthy. Compaired to the individual sachets other companies are selling I think this is great value.

Taste: While it tastes exactly like a beef stock cube, which might not be everyone's cup of tea, I personally find it quite comforting and straightforward. It's unflavored in the best way, allowing for versatility in use without an overpowering taste. Digestibility: The biggest win for me is that it doesn't cause any gastrointestinal distress. It's gentle on the stomach, which is a massive relief when you're dealing with sensitive digestion issues. Dislikes: Flavor Expectation: For those not expecting it, the stock cube taste might be off-putting. Absolutely no taste and easily dissolvable in hot and cold drinks and food. I have one scoop in the morning and 1 in the evening. Have only been on this for a few days but am starting to feel I have a bit more energy. I will write a bit more of a review after 2 weeks ! Fingers crossed but all the signs are good !

This stuff is lovely, I drink it in hot water, it's got a mild taste of my own beef broth that I used to make (and I can't be bothered to now). Makes a tasty hot drink, but it's mild enough to put into any liquid, I've drunk it with my black tea before 🤣. Possibly wouldn't recommend that though......I drink it every day now, great price, fast delivery, will defo buy again.

I don't usually write reviews but I thought this might help people, so here is my honest review. It's true that this protein powder mixes well, helps with energy levels and even aids gut health. However, this powder is by no means unflavoured. It has a really strong cow smell (if you've ever been to a farm with cows you'll know what I mean) which, without meaning to sound nasty, reminds me more of a wet dog smell, which can be off-putting. Therefore, the powder doesn't mix without changing taste - for the love of god, do not mix it in water, especially not hot water! You also cannot make actual broth by dissolving it in boiling water. After trying a few different options, the only way I managed to get through this tub was by making my own chicken broth, THEN adding the powder to my daily cup of actual broth - this actually did mask the strange taste almost completely. Bottom line, it's a good product but if you're expecting a neutral smell and flavour I would not recommend buying this one, especially if you're sensitive to smells and flavour.

This bone broth is good. It's flavourless and high protein so you can add it to things other than drinks. I'm going to try adding it when I next bake but so far I'd recommend

Das Proteinpulver kommt mit Dosierlöffel und ist gut löslich in kalten Getränken. Der Geschmack ist verhältnismäßg neutral, sodass es sogar auch in Fruchtgetränken verwendet werden kann. Vergesst nicht, jede Portion mit ca. 500mg Vitamin-C einzunehmen, damit der Körper aus auch effektiv verwerten kann.

Does not taste or smell to bad. Very easy to mix and filling.
