It is not as I expected
Unfortunately I didn't get what I was expecting. I am very upset for giving a bad comment but I have to since I am very disappointed. I am a fountain pen collector and i have a very old vintage Parker 51 which us writing better than this pen. Nib us getting dry and very scratchy. Not smooth. It is only looking good.

Un beau stylo bien décevant.
Quelle belle idée de relancer un stylo aussi emblématique ! L'esthétique reste très réussi et assez proche de l'original. Parfait pour les amateurs du style vintage qui veulent utiliser du neuf. Mais l'enthousiasme s'arrête ici, car un stylo plume à 10 euros fonctionne bien mieux. Car oui, ce stylo présente des problèmes récurrents de débit. En résumé, c'est un stylo qui écrit quand il veut en quelque sorte. Rien n'y fait. Le pire dans tout ça, c'est que le SAV Parker/Waterman n'y peut manifestement rien. Bien dommage pour une marque incontournable dans le monde du stylo plume. Je souhaite que la marque parvienne un jour à résoudre ce problème.

Emblemática, bonita, buena y barata
Ésta pluma de Parker, la P51, es un diseño de hace tiempo y que sigue fabricandose tal cual por algo. Muy bien acabada, un plumin carenado casi hasta la punta, una escritura cómoda y segura (admite estar mucho tiempo sin uso, para volver a escribir tiempo después sin problema, desde el primer trazo), todo ello hace que sea una gran pluma, además de un diseño bonito. El único "pero", es su cierre roscado sobre cuerpo de resina. La tapa metálica rosca sobre el barrilete de resina. Se nota que hay desgaste en la maniobra y podría suponer un problema a la larga.

Bad packaging and defective pen
I am so disappointed when I received this pen, firstly the pen wasn’t placed properly in the box so the top of the pen was scratched so bad, secondly the gold trim on the cap has large stains or oxidation that couldn’t even polish off…

Classically Elegant.
Bought as a gift. The quality and effort gone into making this pen is second to none. A huge range of colours but I don't think you can beat it in black. Presentation case is of a good quality and comes well packaged.
