These are an absolute game changer, they are fab postpartum, cooling and soothing without being too cold like some ice packs.Great size so fit over most maternity pads but fit best with Frida moms own pads.(Apparently witch Hazel is good for piles as well so I'd imagine would be useful for that too.)A must have buy for anyone having a baby

Great product
Really helped with post birth. Didn’t get stitches as there was no tearing though it was still very painful and uncomfortable but this product cleared up the soreness within 1-2 weeks.

As a first time mum you get recommended so many items but was genuinely pleased I had got these along with the spray. Really helped me feel better after birth
