Buy it! I needed a decent magnifying glass because I'm about to go through a bunch of coins I've saved over the years. I found this one, and was impressed that it (and others) has a built-in light. Right out of the box you could tell it's a quality product. The size of the glass and handle are perfect. Although it's heavier at the glass end, the size and weight of the handle, in my opinion, balance it very well. The light projects the right amount to see the coins clearly and without any glare. The magnifying glass is powerful enough to see a splinter in a mosquito's backside.

Wonderful magnifying glass. Fits my hands just right and I can read the smallest print on food packaged items, bottles, cartons, etc. You have 3 light settings. It is bettery operated, which I prefer because I can tell when it is getting low. I do not have any luck with the. rechargeable ones, although I do have one. Most do not hold their charge - not all. But, I do like this one in every way - perfect size; handle not too long, not too short and the glass is not too small, not too large. If I had anything other than positive, I would suggest that it would be nice to have a little pouch or cover to put the magnifying glass in so it does NOT SCRATCH; THEN I WOULD HAVE ONE IN EVERY DRAWER IN EVERY ROOM LOL

purchased the JMH Magnifying Glass with Light and it has been extremely useful. The magnification is clear and sharp, making it easy to read small print, labels, and details without straining my eyes. The size is perfect for handheld use and feels comfortable to hold. The built-in light is a great feature, especially in low-light situations. It provides good brightness without being harsh, which makes reading much easier. These are decent magnifying glasses with light if you want/need it. It is a little heavier than expected but the light options can make it easier to read magnified text. Originally it said 30x which it doesn't seem to be quite that much magnification but it works well for every day things you may need to read. I actually gave a few as gifts to older family members and one for myself.

works well, the light is very bright, it can be switched to a second mode which isn't as bright. the lens is clear, only down side is that sometimes it isn't easy to tell which end the light is on and you turn it on and it shines in your eyes. Overall, I am satisfied with the product

Very good size and excellent lighting, definitely worth the price. UPDATE : So I like this product, one big problem which can be solved. When I was using it, I kinda doinked it on its side against a table. The ring which covers the LED’s comes off and the glass lens falls out. Now this plastic ring doesn’t do much more than cover the LED’s and diffuse the light, it shouldn’t need to be removable since there isn’t anything “serviceable” under there. SO what I did was to snap the ring back on and I superglued it back in place…no more lens catastrophes.

This is Awesome. It helps me to see very small details on coins, and on engineer plans, all so easily. I have used it to make changes on some plans when I have to write very small. All small print is easy to read on anything with this magnifier. The light is awesome too, especially with the different shades of lighting. I have used it with and without the light, depending on what I'm using it for. I have also used it just for a light to see in dark places in my closet and way in the back of large cupboards. This is a very handy gadget to have. I am quite impressed and very glad I got it.
